CTVZIP is operated by Hook Creative Studio Pty Ltd (Australia). By creating an account or uploading a file you agree to these terms.

What CTVZIP does

CTVZIP lets you upload a master video, grades it against publicly published delivery specs for a set of streaming and broadcast platforms, and produces per-platform rendered outputs. Full platform list and their published spec sheets are documented at /app/specs.

Your content

You own everything you upload. You keep every right you had before you uploaded it. You grant Hook Creative Studio Pty Ltd a limited licence to store, process and transcode your files solely to provide the service to you. We don't look at your files, train models on them, or share them with anyone other than the processors listed in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

You may only upload content you have the right to distribute to the selected platforms. Don't use CTVZIP to process material that is illegal in Australia, that you don't hold rights to, or that violates a platform's own content policy.

Billing

• The first 5 rendered outputs per account are free. Rendered outputs beyond that are AU$1 each (metered, no subscription).
• You need to add a payment method before your 6th rendered output. Failed renders don't count toward the meter.
• Prices are exclusive of GST. Payments are processed by Stripe; their terms also apply to that transaction.

No warranty on platform acceptance

CTVZIP renders files that match each platform's public spec at the time of last verification (shown on every grade result). Some platforms (Amazon, Disney+, Netflix) don't publish complete audio targets; those are flagged in the UI. A rendered output that grades Ready is our best attempt at compliance, not a guarantee the platform will accept the delivery. Ingest QC at the destination is still the source of truth.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account and its content at any time from the Account page. Campaigns and their contents (masters, rendered outputs) are automatically deleted 90 days after your last activity on the campaign, so re-download anything you want to keep.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Hook Creative Studio Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of CTVZIP - including lost media buys, missed delivery deadlines, or content rejected by a downstream platform. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded by contract.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “updated” date at the top of the page reflects the last revision. Continuing to use CTVZIP after that date means you accept the current version - check back when you sign in if you want to see what's changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
